Free Lifetime Warranty Service
Every Bandscraft ring comes with a one-time free lifetime warranty. We meticulously handcraft every ring and inspect it with care to ensure the highest quality. If you ever notice any issues related to production defects, please let us know immediately—we'll respond right away to help you out.
Friendly Reminder:
Promotional items, free gifts, and additional custom products are excluded from this warranty coverage.
Statement on Precious Materials
For rings set with valuable materials like gold, platinum, sterling silver, or diamonds/gems, we ask that you return the original ring for any warranty-related repairs or replacements.
Exclusions – Things Not Covered
Please be aware that the following situations are not covered by our warranty. Some common jewelry issues that would not be considered production defects include:
- The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
- Precious metals, like gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals (including hand sanitizer).
- Alternative metal rings (such as Tungsten) are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or with an unusual amount of exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer).
- Obvious submerged water damage to your wood ring will void your Lifetime Warranty as natural wood rings are not meant to be submerged in water, and it is always a good idea to take them off before swimming or showering, just to be extra safe.
- The loss of a precious metal caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.
- Loss or theft of your ring.

To ensure your warranty benefits are valid, we recommend only using official Bandscraft channels for any repairs or maintenance.
Fair Use Policy
We strongly discourage any misuse of the warranty or fraudulent claims. If such behavior is detected, we reserve the right to revoke warranty eligibility.
